Matchday 16 of the RPL featured several interesting and dramatic matches. And in some of them there were scandals after the final whistle. Dmitry Barinov and Mikhail Galaktionov put in a powerful performance after the match in Samara. And Krasnodar striker John Cordoba showed the “Sobolev gesture” in Yekaterinburg. We analyze each match on the tour together with referee Igor Fedotov.

The maximum score is 8.5. The referee receives it if he directs the game without errors.

The score is reduced to 7.9 if the referee makes a key error: incorrectly or not awarding a penalty kick, showing or not showing a straight red (to a player or members of the coaching staff), showing or not showing a second . Yellow card (to a player or members of the coaching staff).

In case of a second key error, 0.5 points are deducted.

0.1 point is deducted for incorrectly showing or not showing a yellow card (to a player or members of the coaching staff), as well as for missing three to five violations.

1 point is deducted if the referee in the VAR pointed out the referee’s error on the field, but left his incorrect decision in force, despite watching the replay.

The score in parentheses is the score of a referee who made a key error in the match, but worked well without that error.

“Wings of the Soviets” – “Lokomotiv” – 3:3

Lokomotiv wanted to make a fuss, make Kazartsev look bad in their pursuit, but in the end they themselves found themselves in an awkward position. You can see that there was a desire to blow everything up, of course they didn’t like the penalty. Both Barinov and Galaktionov knew what they were doing. This is a bullshit. The Club should have quickly analyzed that the added time was correct, that the penalty was awarded for business and communicated this to Galaktionov. It would be better if he, like Goncharenko, stood still and said nothing. A rich club, but they did not control such a thing. Now they will be left without a coach and without a captain.

As for the match itself, Kazartsev did not enter the game, he worked crookedly, there were ridiculous throw-ins and corners, the assistants let him down. Kazartsev was nervous, probably because he hadn’t worked for a long time. In the 12th minute, Glushenkov hit the ball and for some reason showed him the card. In the 12th minute, Glushenkov clearly did not want to buy time, why is it necessary? You are the RPL referee, turn your head and talk to him, and put him on the card. Kazartsev gets bored when there is little of him; when there is a lot of him, he lights up like a vampire, but here again he demands attention, so he decided to stand out. Well, if you look at all the claims, Lokomotiv has nothing special to show you. In the 58th minute, he incorrectly showed the card to the Wings player and did not show it to Lantratov when he was butting heads.

The penalty is a difficult episode, but Morozov really pinched the ball. The rating is not reduced for this episode, he couldn’t watch it. There can be no doubt about added time either: there was a goal, a substitution, only Kazartsev knows how much to play. There is no point in having a stopwatch. Well, we can tell Galaktionov: if there had been a “*******” from Kazartsev, then Glushenkov would have been sent off for a foul on Garra.

Kazartsev’s score is 8.2.

The miraculous rescue of “Wings” in the match with “Loko”:

Unreal rescue of “Wings” in Samara in added time! “Loko” seemed punished by fate

“Zenit” – “Sochi” – 3:0

Levnikov worked here. A simple game, the guests do not move, the hosts win. Nothing difficult for the referee. It is true that he did not concede a penalty against Sochi himself, after the VAR he changed his mind, but he could not see the foul there. He was in the recommended position, but the players blocked the view, so the score is not reduced here. Zenit’s goal in the 58th minute was scored correctly, this was not a problem for the assistant. Then it’s okay.

Levnikov’s score is 8.4.

CSKA – Dynamo – 2:3

Karasev played a good game. Here the offside lines were put to the test and everyone seemed satisfied. I don’t know why Sergei didn’t show the card to the Dynamo player when Chalov was elbowed in the face. Maybe it was game management, but for me it was not showing a yellow card. In general, Karasev put up a good fight, as he should, the fight did not turn into acrimony. And he also controlled the game.

Karasev’s score is 8.3.

CSKA and Dynamo experienced a real roller coaster:

The match between CSKA and Dynamo was simply a hurricane! Faizullaev and Tyukavin continue to tear each other apart

“Baltica” – “Spartak” – 0:2

When I saw the photo, I realized that there was not much need to talk about Shafeev’s work here. I had a case when “Mordovia” played against “Wings” in Saransk: we arrived, saw how the field was skidding and said: it is impossible to play. They postponed it one day and that’s it. Here it was necessary to do the same: paint the lines red, find a normal ball, bring a Spartak uniform that is not white. But with us everything is as always.

Shafeev was excellent in terms of the game: he tried hard, ran a lot: this is natural when nothing can be seen, and even the players of one of the teams are dressed in white uniforms. The footballers also understood that it was hard for him, they did not strangle him. There were no difficult moments in the game and the rating increased due to weather conditions.

Shafeev’s rating is 8.5.

“Spartak” managed to confront “Baltika” in the snow thanks to the leader’s comeback:

Spartak won in anti-football conditions. How timely Sobolev returned to the team!

“Orenburg” – “Akhmat” – 1:1

They wanted to cause a scandal at Loko, but the referee caused it in another match. But in the end there is no scandal with Lyubimov. In the 61st minute he did not concede a penalty against Orenburg: he stayed behind in the episode, he did not accelerate towards the area, but had to run. There was a blow to the leg. The VAR intervened and changed the decision. In this case, the score is reduced to 7.9: the judge took the wrong position. And in the 80th minute, Lyubimov, being in an ideal position, did not see how the Orenburg player Vorobyov stepped on the opponent’s ankle, there was an attack with pushing. This should have been the second yellow card.

Lyubimov’s score is 7.4.

“Ural” – “Krasnodar” – 3:1

Good work by Ivanov, but the match turned out to be easy, although with emotions. “Ural”, apparently, played for Goncharenko, which is why there was so much excitement about goals in the game. There were no difficult moments here, the management was good. As for Córdoba and his gesture, he will be sanctioned for at least four games.

One thing I can’t understand is why did he do this? They lost in the match, there were no questions to the referees, does he just not want to play football anymore? As a result, he will have two games now and two games in the spring, and he is the team’s leading player. In essence, Córdoba ended the intrigue in the championship with his gesture.

Ivanov’s score is 8.5.

“Rubin” – “Fakel” – 1:0

Kukulyak is generally the best in terms of movement today, he runs perfectly. I also understood this game normally: I didn’t invent something that didn’t exist. I fixed it and generally worked without problems.

Kukulyak’s score is 8.5.

“Rostov” – “Nizhny Novgorod” – 1:0

Bobrovsky has not judged for a long time. And until the moment of the penalty against the visitors everything was going well, he controlled the game. But this punishment itself… I can’t explain why he gave it. One player moved back, the second forward, bowed his head and wanted to play the ball, well, yes, he hit his head. For me it’s just continuing the game, but if you need medical help then it’s a jump. If we try to excuse Bobrovsky, we can say that the visiting player should have done everything possible to avoid contact. But he tried to play the ball. Game moment. Even based on his martial arts level in this match. It is an incomprehensible penalty for me, it has been a long time since I have seen one like that. And there are many moments like that in every game.

Then, in the 81st minute, an incomprehensible yellow card for Komlichenko, and in the 87th minute, for Melyokhin. I still don’t understand what happened to Bobrovsky.

Bobrovsky’s rating is 7.7.
