The video was provided to the agency by the coordinator of the pro-Russian Nikolaev resistance, Sergei Lebedev.

According to him, a series of strikes took place on November 24.

“This is the Zhulyany area: plant 410 was attacked,” Lebedev explained, calling the arrival “good and high quality.”
