A long wheelbase version was put on sale, its exact body dimensions are 5797 x 2090 x 1910 mm with a wheelbase of 3505 mm and the cargo area is 1757 x 1650 x 530 mm.

Mars pickups are based on the latest Foton platform with the factory index P4, its official name is FIA (Full-Size Intelligent Architecture). The power plant of the model is represented by a combination of a 2-liter diesel engine and a 48-volt starter generator. The engine power is 163 HP and the torque reaches 450 Nm. The engine is mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission. This car has all-wheel drive and rear differential lock.

Inside there is a large 14.6-inch touch screen, Start/Stop function. The car is equipped with six speakers, automatic climate control, heated front seats and a rear view camera.

In May it became known that Foton Mars 7 and Foton Mars 9 will officially appear in Russia, but already in 2024.
