Last fall, Nikita Presnyakov left Russia. Pugacheva’s grandson crossed the border on foot and left for the United States. There he began a new life: the young man no longer performs on stage with his group, as he did before. In the United States, the 32-year-old heir to the star family dedicated himself to making music videos. Presnyakov Jr. films and edits videos for other artists.
On the YouTube channel FAMETIME TV, Nikita’s father, Vladimir Presnyakov, spoke about his son’s main fear. According to the singer of the song “Zurbagan”, the young man has been fighting against the “Pugacheva grandson” complex all his life. He even changed his nickname on social media so that no one would recognize him. Vladimir Presnyakov admitted that his heir always suffered because he belonged to a family of stars. Nikita was afraid that all his life he would be perceived only as Pugacheva’s grandson.
“He achieved it all on his own. He has the obsession that no one gives him money. He does everything himself. He never once asked anyone for money. He found himself in the videos. But it is still difficult for him to hear this,” said Vladimir Presniakov.
The musician admitted that he himself was called Pugacheva’s son-in-law for a long time. But this did not worry him at all.

In 2009, Kristina Orbakaite’s son graduated from the New York Film Academy, where he studied directing. Now these skills came in handy. While Presnyakov worked, his wife, model Alena Krasnova, mainly took care of herself: she went to the gym, went shopping and walked a lot. On social networks, Alena often shares beautiful photographs taken at parties and while traveling.
Apparently tired of idleness, the girl decided to continue her education. She entered Los Angeles Valley College, located in the suburbs of Los Angeles. Alena reported this on social networks. College tuition costs about $10,000 for US citizens, and even more expensive for visitors.
Nikita’s mother, Kristina Orbakaite, and her husband, American citizen Mikhail Zemtsov, long ago settled in New York. Her daughter Claudia, Nikita’s younger sister, also has American citizenship and goes to an American school.
