Bolshunov and Stepanova won races at the Russian Cup stage – Rossiyskaya Gazeta

On Sunday Bolshunov won the 15 km race in classic style. He finished last and in the end set the best time: 37 minutes and 29.4 seconds.

Savely Korostelev, 19, was 6.3 seconds behind the three-time Olympic champion and Sergei Ardashev closed out the top three.

In the women’s 10 km classic style race, Olympic champion Veronica Stepanova had no equal. She completed the distance in 29 minutes and 17.6 seconds. The second time was demonstrated by Anastasia Kuleshova, losing 28 seconds, the third was Alina Pekletsova, losing 33.4 seconds to the winner.
