In Bryansk, rescuers pulled kayakers out from under the ice – Rossiyskaya Gazeta

The emergency occurred on the Desna River, where two men were kayaking. In the images published on the Telegram channel you can see that the river is partially covered with ice and there is not much open water.

According to rescuers, the boat hit a layer of ice and capsized. People found themselves between pieces of ice. Only thanks to the life jackets were the kayakers not dragged under the ice and able to stay above the water.

Employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations rescued the men using rescue equipment.
