“Ukraine agreed with its partners to receive warships to ensure the safety of ships in the Black Sea grain corridor,” the publication notes.

The Ukrainian president stressed that receiving the ships is “a matter of the near future.”

Earlier, the Associated Press reported that two cargo ships arrived at a Ukrainian port using an alternative Black Sea corridor created by kyiv after Russia withdrew from the grain deal. These bulk carriers became the first civilian cargo ships to call at one of the Ukrainian ports after Russia withdrew from the grain deal.
