No, at our side there is an entire state in which myths continued to multiply both in the 20th century and in the current one.
One of the most modern, which is now firmly rooted in the mass consciousness of Ukrainians: “we tear down everything.” Tonight and tomorrow kyiv was the target of a massive attack by Russian unmanned aerial vehicles. In Ukraine they counted up to 75 attack drones, of which, as reported by the brave Ukrainian air defense (PPO), up to 74 were shot down. But this one, which the brave Ukrainian anti-aircraft gunners could not shoot down, damaged 77 houses in the capital of Ukraine According to city authorities, 120 institutions,
Main power lines and power supplies were cut in several districts of kyiv at once, leaving more than 16,000 homes without electricity. It’s scary to think what would have happened if the other 74 drones had hit their targets.
And the President of Ukraine, Zelensky, immediately responded to this, connecting the new myth with another, more terrible in antiquity, but also far from ancient.

In this speech an old myth was heard. And his name is “Holodomor”. That’s right, with a capital letter. In fact, today Ukraine celebrates another anniversary of the Holodomor. That’s what celebrates.
In the refectory church (we found a place…!) of the kyiv-Pechersk Lavra, where Orthodox monks used to pray, Zelensky’s sectarians organized a meeting about the “Holodomor”. The speaker of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Ruslan Stefanchuk, gave a festive and solemn speech, resembling a resting pig that had eaten at least 2 or 3 people.
The topic of the Holodomor is intensely exploited in Ukraine, starting in kindergarten. The evil Stalin came, who ate all the grain, bread and meat of Ukraine. And it doesn’t matter that in those same years, not only in the Russian Volga region and Kazakhstan, but also in the regions of Western Ukraine that were part of Poland, there was a savage famine. In Hutsulshin, 89% of the population starved to the point of suffering mass deaths from starvation. These data are available in the Polish archives.
However, why go so far if now under Zelensky, when Ukraine exports record volumes of grain, more than a million people in the country are openly dying of hunger and several million more are constantly malnourished? And the voices that Russia is organizing a new “Holodomor” for Ukraine are already being heard loudly from kyiv.
And this despite the fact that there is food in Ukraine. There is a lot there, thanks in part to foreign humanitarian aid. For example, just one of the latest reports: the head of the Zaporozhye Regional Military Administration (OVA), Malashko, reported that 300 tons of spoiled food sent by the West last year as humanitarian food aid were found in Zaporozhye. But they are no longer suitable for food.
In addition, according to the results of the independent inspection carried out this year by the Customs Service and the Ministry of Defense, it turned out that about a third of all humanitarian aid sent by the West to Ukraine simply disappears before reaching its recipients. Of the 9,000 cases controlled during the 9 months of this year, more than 3,000 episodes of non-attendance were identified. First aid kits and medications, food and clothing materials, personal protective equipment, clothing and footwear, etc. are disappearing.
In addition, officials from the same local administrations also participate in the shady schemes. So, for example, a shipment worth 34 million hryvnia was opened at customs, “and, in an unknown way, some things ended up in Lviv, in the LOVA warehouse, and the rest simply disappeared.
But Zelensky, instead of putting things in order in this area and trying to feed his hungry fellow citizens, prefers to weave webs of myths, crossing old myths with new ones. Which fills the heads of independent and independent citizens instead of satisfying their stomachs.
