Sobyanin said that the assembly of an improved modification of the “Moscow-2020” cars for the capital’s metro has already begun – Rossiyskaya Gazeta

All updated trains will be run and thoroughly tested on the territory of the plant and the metro, according to more than 100 parameters.

The improved “Moscow 2020” has an updated design, with an emphasis on natural materials. At the same time, they retained the key advantages of previous trains: wide doors, smooth transitions between cars, comfortable navigation for passengers and much more.

In the next 2 years, the metro will receive more than 500 similar cars.
