Roof slab of apartment building partially collapsed in Omsk – Rossiyskaya Gazeta

The building is inspected by specialists to assess the threat of further destruction of the slab.

The regional General Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations clarified that the roof fell on the technical floor. The residents of the apartment below were evacuated to allow safe repair work.

No one was injured as a result of the incident.

The prosecutor’s office of the city’s Kirov district is conducting an inspection of compliance with housing legislation in the maintenance of common house property and, based on its results, the department will take procedural response measures.
