Figures of the King and Queen – 2023

The popular vote will take place in several stages: skaters and figure skaters separately.

Four groups of six people. The top two each advance to the semifinals; two semi-finals each have four participants. The best two advance to the final; In the final vote, subscribers will choose the King and Queen from among four skaters.

The honorable coach of the USSR, Tatyana Tarasova, shared her assumptions about the outcome of the award in a conversation with “Championship” correspondent Yegor Kabak:

“If you choose among all men, then, of course, Roma Kostomarov. There’s not even anything to talk about here. Among the girls, Sofia Akatieva is the best because she won the Russian championship. You can also highlight Alina Zagitova, because she is visible everywhere. Of course, I will also highlight Liza Tuktamysheva. Young women admire her and admire her because she has been plowing for many years and shows surprising results.”

1988 Olympic champion Natalya Bestemyanova named Kamila Valieva and Peter Gumennik.
