Su-25s of the Russian Armed Forces destroyed camouflaged positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the southern direction of Donetsk – Rossiyskaya Gazeta

“The crews of attack aircraft carried out air missile strikes against military targets and equipment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine,” RIA Novosti reports. According to the department, as a result, camouflaged fortified field positions and armored vehicles of Ukrainian units were destroyed.

The missiles were launched in pairs from low altitudes, the Defense Ministry clarified. After using aviation weapons, the Su-25 crews performed a maneuver, released the thermal traps and returned to the departure airfield.

It was previously reported that combat experience gained during a special military operation allows for faster improvement of the Su-35S generation 4++ super-maneuverable multirole fighter and helps maintain its status as the best in its class. The fifth-generation Su-57 aircraft will have to follow the same path.
