Cheap tickets in Barcelona

If you want to benefit from this promotion to travel to Barcelona, you should know that the “superprices” campaign is now available on the Renfe website. Discounted prices will be available until December 12 and the deadline to travel is January 14, 2024.

As reported by Renfe, the price of tickets is around 30 euros each way, but can vary depending on the time and origin. The offer is available both for purchases made on the Renfe website and at the ticket offices or machines that can be found at the different train stations throughout the national territory.

Split payment of train tickets

The announcement of its new promotion is not the only news from Renfe for this week. Just a few days ago the railway company announced that from now on you can pay your tickets in installments, as long as the total import exceeds 150 euros. The traveler may pay for the tickets in up to four monthly payments without interest.

If you want to benefit from this installment payment, you just have to select the “Other payment methods” button when paying for your tickets. After starting the process, you only need your identification document and a purchase card where the charges will be made. Afterwards, you must complete the process as you do with any card payment in online stores.

Another novelty is that, as other means of transport have done, Renfe will prohibit access to its trains with electric scooters after the batteries of these devices explode. The regulations will come into force on December 12.
