What Pasta?! Cantina promotes, this Friday (22), the house’s second harmonized dinner, with six stages. The dishes are prepared by chef Matheus Grilo.
Dinner starts at 8pm. The cost is R$250 per person. The restaurant is located in Venâncio Shopping (SCS, qd. 6).

1 – Cheese quartet 4 amuse bouche
- Brie with Truffle Honey
- Buffalo Cheese with Apricot Jam
- Parmesan with Pistachio Cream
- Ricotta with Spinach
- Pairing: Sparkling Prosecco Treviso Mionetto – Veneto
2 – Breaded Gorgonzola
- Breaded Gorgonzola cheese, served with Cremona Mustard tartare
- Pairing: La Nave Pinot Grigio
3 – Raviolone d’oro
- Raviolone with creamy ricotta and spinach filling and caramelized egg yolk. Served with sugo sauce
- Pairing: Bagliore Nero Davola – Sicilia
4 – Duck rice
- Creamy duck rice, with crispy pepperoni
- Pairing: A Mare Primitivo – Puglia
5 – Florentine lamb steak
- Duo of Lamb T-Bone with rosmarino sauce and baroa potato muslin
- Harmonização: Pian Delle Vigne. Rosso di Montalcino – Tuscany
6 – Tuscan Cantucci
- Traditional almond biscuit
- Pairing: Vin Santo Del Chianti
