The Federal Court of Auditors (TCU) postponed the judgment of the process that deals with the conduct of the fuel price adjustment policy practiced by Petrobras between 2002 and 2019. The process, reported by minister Aroldo Cedraz, was included in the agenda of this session Wednesday, 20th, but was excluded before the meeting began.

According to information from the TCU, this is a representation determined by former minister Raimundo Carreiro, made in a 2013 order, with the objective of “analyzing the conformity of the measures and decisions taken by Petrobras’ deliberative bodies with regard to the policy adjustment of fuel prices”.

The process involves former directors of the company and names that were part of the Board of Directors, such as Guido Mantega, Luciano Coutinho, Jorge Gerdau and Maria da Graças Foster.
