Well, in light of this, in a note sent to Quem magazine, Léo Santana’s press office explained exactly what happened in the singer’s performance and assured that the artist does not condone disrespectful attitudes like the ones he did.
“Yesterday he was at Salvador Fest. Léo doesn’t condone disrespectful attitudes. He was doing the show and a man, the whole time, was making obscene gestures at him and swearing. In the song Hardwood, He asked to do the L, a catchphrase he’s been doing since 2012 in this song and others, and the guy showed the middle finger and cursed him again. Then he responded to what is seen in the video. But Leo doesn’t agree with this type of attitude and always values treating his fans well and with affection”, the singer’s publicist said.
