The “Pit Stop Experience” is one of the highlights of this edition of Expojud 2023, a justice and technology fair that takes place from October 24th to 26th, at the Brazilian International Convention Center (CICB). Participants will have the unique opportunity to change tires on a real Formula 1 car, experiencing first-hand the frenetic action and precision required of F1 pit stops.
Participants will receive real-time tire change guidance, operating in a high-pressure environment, with strict schedules and ambitious goals. To participate, interested parties must register on the official Expojud website and must look for their places in the experience after accreditation at the event.
The “Pit Stop” experience will take place alongside the lecture “Flow, F1 and high performance teams: leadership, team spirit and high performance in the World of Formula 1”, which will address how the world of Formula 1 incorporates essential elements in the corporate world . The objective of the chat is to bring Formula 1 to a current level of reality and with a practical vision, as it brings together important elements such as innovation, technology, project management, systemic vision, teamwork, crisis and conflict management, taking decision making under pressure.
Furthermore, the lecture, led by author, researcher and mentor Cadu Lemos, will address “Flow”, a type of amplified state of mind where the body and mind flow with energy in perfect harmony. Cadu will also bring stories, testimonials from team leaders and former pilots and give practical tips for building a differentiated team.
