This Sunday afternoon (17), a collision between a passenger car and a pickup truck left the drivers of both vehicles injured, this Sunday afternoon in Recanto da Serra, in Sobradinho.

When the Federal District Military Fire Department (CBMDF) arrived at the scene, the two cars involved in the crash were off the road. The driver of the pickup truck, a 69-year-old man, was conscious, oriented and stable when he was treated by firefighters. He had a possible fracture in his right leg and complained of pain in his ribs. He was transported to the Paranoá Regional Hospital (HRPa).

The driver of the other vehicle, a 43-year-old man, had injuries to his arms and head and complained of pain in the back of his head and chest. He was trapped among the hardware and firefighters had to follow extrication protocol to remove him. After undergoing medical regulation, he received an indication to be transported by aircraft to the Sobradinho Regional Hospital (HRS).

The road at the scene of the incident had to be closed in both directions so that teams could safely assist the victims involved. After the demobilization of the CBMDF, the site was taken care of by the PMDF.
