This Tuesday (19), the Chamber of Deputies approved the urgency to vote on a bill that makes all citizens potential organ donors. And if approved, the text establishes that, after death, donation is presumed by law, unless the person has previously expressed that they do not want to be a donor.
The manifestation can be made in any “legally permitted” way, such as in a communication to family members. The urgency request was approved by symbolic vote, that is, without a nominal vote count. With approval, project analysis is accelerated and can be carried out.
