After the amputation of her left leg, Daniela Álvarez has followed an arduous recovery process, demonstrating an incredible spirit of improvement. Now, the former Colombian beauty queen sent a message that worried her followers about a new challenge she faces.
Álvarez used her social networks to share a video where she is seen holding on to some bars in one of her physical rehabilitation therapy sessions, learning how to handle a new prosthesis. So Daniela asked God for help to give her strength and to accompany her in that new moment of struggle.
Likewise, the television host, who through her social networks usually shares her projects and issues related to her rehabilitation, was positive about recovering the vitality of her leg with the use of the new prosthesis.
“Today is one of those days when I ask God to give me more and more strength, more and more patience to overcome any discomfort,” she wrote on her Instagram stories, where she has accumulated more than 4, 5 million followers.
“In times like these I strive with all my heart and in the meantime, I hope that all of you are giving thanks because you have your legs,” Daniela added.
