This Saturday (23), real estate agent Ricardo Alexandre Mendes also did not attend the farewell to his wife who died last Thursday (21) after falling from the 17th floor of the building where he lived in São Paulo. The circumstances of the death are still being investigated by the Civil Police.
“I resolved all the bureaucracy, I paid for the entire funeral. My sister’s husband didn’t pay for anything”, said Wesley. “I did what I had to do because it was my sister. I ran to the building on the day of the incident, resolved all the bureaucracy, I paid for everything. Both the transfer part and all the general funeral costs. In total it was R$ 20 thousand in costs. My sister’s husband didn’t cover anything.”
A friend of Ricardo said that he did not attend the wake at the family’s request. “Ricardo is devastated, in tears, he can’t stop crying, he’s devastated. He bought the ticket, but his parents asked him not to go. They advised him because the atmosphere was a bit heavy. That’s why he didn’t go.”
