After five years of official separation, the country duo Victor and Leo announced the resumption of their partnership for a series of performances in Brazil in 2024. But the reason was far from nostalgia.

In this Wednesday’s edition (20) of Fofocalizando, a program on the SBT channel, journalist Leo Dias declared that the musicians will be paid R$35 million individually for the shows they will perform next year.

The contract signed by the duo for Opus guarantees 70 performances on stages across the country.
According to the journalist, Opus is selling the shows for R$1.5 million, a value that makes the duo the owners of the biggest fee in national music today. The previous record holder was the duo Henrique and Juliano, who received a fee of R$1.3 million.

The values helped the duo to rekindle their partnership, which until then had been discarded to maintain the family relationship –Victor and Leo are brothers.

According to journalist Leo Chaves, Victor and Leo decided to end the country duo in 2018 due to constant fights on a daily basis. He claims that the relationship became so turbulent that they both saw touring as a place of suffering.

The post Victor and Leo will receive R$70 million to resume the duo and go on a new tour appeared first in Jornal de Brasília.
