The Le Corbusier Room, at the French Embassy in Brazil, hosts, this Tuesday (19), an unprecedented multicultural concert, developed by Brazilian harmonica player Pablo Fagundes, French pianist Marco Poingt and North American beatboxer Christylez Bacon. The event starts at 7pm, and entry is free. It is not necessary to collect tickets in advance, but entry is limited to the room’s capacity (120 seats).

In the repertoire, world music classics merge with original compositions in a show with its own and unusual accent that conveys the different experiences of the three musicians, throughout their successful professional careers, each in their country and notably abroad.

The cultural exchange between Brazil, the United States and France opens the doors of interaction between the three musicians, while establishing strong harmonic links that emerge as something new in the contemporary music scene. Pablo and Chris together have a history of celebrated performances in both Brazil and the United States over the last decade. Despite being more recent, the partnership with Marco Poingt appears no less bold, interactive and surprising. The fruit of joint work between the three musicians reveals the magic of multiculturalism and the importance of exchanging experiences between artists who present their own, unique path within contemporary music without borders.
