Located 30 km from the central area of Brasília, Gama is a traditional city, founded more than 60 years ago, with a history of evolution and accelerated growth – with constant investments by the GDF in infrastructure. Partnerships with the private sector also contribute to the region’s growth. Conbral, a company from Brasilia with more than 50 years of history, is an example: the construction company is responsible for the Quadra Parque Gama project.
Following the same concept of urbanization and integration as block 311 Norte, in Plano Piloto, landscaping, contemporary design, a unique architectural style and modern structure are planned for the entire region. “The entire region of the project is being completely urbanized by Conbral, through the Adote Uma Praça program. We will have a block with single access, paving, accessibility, gazebo and playground for each block, outdoor gym, sports court and bike path”, explains Paulo Muniz, Director of Conbral.
The development has three blocks, totaling 432 one- and two-bedroom apartments, with suites, balconies and covered garage. With entrances with 24-hour monitoring, closed halls with independent upright access, the units range from 39 m² to 54 m². In the common area, equipped and decorated party room, gym, playground and bicycle racks in the basement and on the ground floor.
The units have crockery and metals with low water consumption, ceramic floors, ceramic-coated walls in the bathroom shower and on the kitchen countertops, ceramic baseboards in the dry and wet areas, granite countertops in the kitchen and porcelain tiles in the bathrooms and preparation for air conditioning installation in the living room and bedrooms.
Muniz explains that the blocks are being built and will be delivered at different times “In October 2022 we will deliver block three with much of the urbanization carried out. Block one, which received occupancy permits in August this year, will be opened in October, the month of Gama’s anniversary, with the urbanization of its area of influence. We opened sales for block two in August and we already have more than 15% of the units sold and 35% of the works carried out.”

Adote Uma Praça was created during the Ibaneis Rocha government and has already reached 22 administrative regions and received hundreds of proposals, ranging from gardening to green areas, urban parks, squares, roundabouts, avenue medians, tourist attractions, monuments, parking lots and others spaces and assets owned by the DF placed for community use.
