“This car (e-Largus), as we had planned, will be put into production along with the entire range of Largus models with an internal combustion engine in the spring, in May 2024,” Sokolov said on Rossiya 1, recalling that a batch Pilot electric cars will be assembled this month.

The assembly of Lada Vesta with a new power unit, including a CVT, is planned for the first quarter of 2024. Sales will begin in March.

Next year, the start of production of the Lada Iskra was also scheduled, a family of models that will occupy the brand hierarchy between Granta and Vesta. However, the schedule has been adjusted: according to Sokolov, Iskra will begin production in early 2025.
