After the monumental gaffe of minister Anielle Franco’s aerial role, the Ministry of Racial Equality announced the opening of an investigation to investigate the conduct of her advisors, based on publications on the servers’ social networks.
The posts include photos taken on a Brazilian Air Force flight – as the minister also did – and images of the decisive game between Flamengo and São Paulo in the Copa do Brasil.
The posts show the servers mocking the Brazilian Football Confederation, provoking the São Paulo fans, opening a Flamengo shirt to the opposing fans and even mocking the Rio team’s defeat while holding a folder with a federal government protocol.
The Ministry of Racial Equality issued a statement stating that, although the posts were made at an informal moment and outside institutional rites, they will be investigated regarding the conduct of the employees.
Minister Anielle Franco, who is a Flamengo supporter, also faced criticism for using a FAB plane to travel from Brasília to São Paulo, watch the Copa do Brasil final and even boast about it on social media.
