The state agency made no reference to any pact regarding arms and military technology trade with Russia, saying only that it is natural and legitimate for neighboring countries to remain close to each other.
The South Korean Ministry of Unification spokesman said KCNA’s insults demonstrated North Korea’s “inferior system, which lacks basic etiquette and common sense.”
During his visit to Vladivostok, Kim stated that Putin has his “full support in the sacred struggle against hegemonic forces” and toasted a Russian victory in the Ukrainian War. The North Korean visited and visited the facilities at the Vostochny cosmodrome, a space base opened in 2016.
