A teenager was the victim of rape by a 44-year-old man. The case happened last Saturday night (23) in Gravataí, in the metropolitan region of Porto Alegre.
According to the young woman, she received medical attention, as she had been thrown from a moving vehicle by the attacker. According to her statement given to the guardianship council and the Military Brigade, she was walking down the street when she was abruptly approached by the accused, who was behind the wheel of a red Renault Kwid vehicle. Inside the car, she was the target of abuse, with the attacker touching her body.
The attack lasted a few minutes, until, near stop 70 on Avenida Dorival de Oliveira, the attacker threw her out of the moving vehicle. A motorcyclist passing by managed to write down the vehicle’s license plate.
The police located the address of the driver, who, according to information from the corporation, volunteered to present himself at the police station. After evaluating the evidence, the delegate on duty ordered the arrest of the accused, whose identity was not revealed.
